Inteligencia artificial en la formación académica y competencias en estudiantes de enfermería revisión bibliométrica

Resumen

La integración de la inteligencia artificial en la cotidianidad es un fenómeno inminente que está transformando los sistemas de salud, lo que exige de forma urgente el desarrollo de nuevas competencias tecnológicas en estudiantes de la salud, es por ello que este estudio tiene como objetivo el analizar la producción científica, el impacto y la evolución temática de los estudios sobre inteligencia artificial aplicada a la educación en enfermería, publicados en revistas indexadas en Scopus durante el período 2020–2024. Se realizó un estudio bibliométrico de enfoque cuantitativo, se incluyeron 45 artículos, la extracción y depuración de metadatos se ejecutó en Python y Pubish or Perish, además, se utilizó VOSviewer para visualizar redes bibliométricas, se aplicó criterio PRISMA 2020. Los hallazgos revelan un crecimiento exponencial de la producción desde 2023, el análisis de impacto identificó un índice h de 25, y el modelado computacional diferenció dos enfoques: IA general y uso de ChatGPT. Se identificaron cinco ejes temáticos: innovación pedagógica (31.1%); mapeo científico (26.7%); reforma curricular y competencias (20.0%); simulación inmersiva (11.1%); y ciber-ética y gestión de riesgos (11.1%). La IA hace necesario reformas pedagógicas mediante actualizaciones curriculares y flexibilización en normas educativas. Las limitaciones del estudio incluyen el uso exclusivo de Scopus y el rango temporal analizado.
