Abstract

The educational methodology of Aula Invertida (Flipped Classroom) has a constructivist approach, which allows for the combination of independent and

unlimited access to educational resources with teacher support in highly interactive spaces, giving students a leading role in their learning process. In this sense, the objective of the Educational Innovation project Aprehenser CuidArte Educa is to standardize the learning of nursing techniques through the use of accessible, high-quality multimedia resources. It was developed in five phases: conceptualization, creation or development of multimedia resources, subsequent editing and quality control, creation of the virtual classroom integrating the resources obtained and feedback activities, and finally, implementation with the participation of 88 students from the Curricular Integration (Comprehensive Exam) course, constituting the study population. The results reflected the impact of the production of 12 demonstration videos and 14 feedback activities available in the virtual classroom, with 86.4% active participation. The techniques developed with the highest number of student interactions were those of taking vital signs and peripheral line insertion, demonstrating their relevance and the students' interest. In relation to academic performance on the Comprehensive Examination for Advanced Nursing Technicians, it was found that the 2025-01 cohort obtained higher pass rates on the first attempt in both the practical component (91.1%) and the overall grade (88%), in contrast to the 2024-02 cohort. These results suggest that the implementation of the project strengthened autonomous learning, practical skills, and the consolidation of confidence in clinical procedures.
